The secret of the quality of our products is selection in origin and a comprehensive control of processes.

Our objective is to elaborate high quality products. In order to achieve this we must control our raw materials from the moment they are extracted. We select suppliers who follow certified fishing protocols, as regards onboard equipment in order to monitor HAPPC standards from the onset. The products are optimized in terms of size and their origin and date of capture is traced in order to ensure a sustainable use of the available resources.

Once we have secured direct access to the produce, we run comprehensive quality control tests in our own laboratory. Samples of the produce are then sent to independent external labs, qualified and accredited, to confirm our findings. This stringent process ensures security and traceability of all products elaborated by our company, during their entire life cycle, from origin to consumption.
